Roof Bracket Provides Foothold on Standing Seam Metal Roofs

The Roof Rat Bracket is a standing seam metal roofing bracket that was created to give contractors a place to put their foot. Designed specifically for standing seam metal roof systems, the Roof Rat Bracket requires no bolts, no set screws, no torque/combination wrenches or any additional tools for attachment — just your fingers.

The patent-pending Roof Rat Bracket easily attaches to the vertical leg of the standing seam metal roofing panel. To use, press open the cam levers and place The Roof Rat Bracket over the seam of the panel. Release the levers and the bracket attaches itself to the seam of the panel. Pull down or step on the bracket and it will automatically tighten against the seam with no negative impact on the seam and or paint finish.

To move the product up the seam, just leave it in place and simply slide it up the roof panel. Putting pressure on the bracket will tighten back down after moving it. To remove the bracket, press the levers to open the cams and lift it off the seam. According to the manufacturer, it will not scratch or harm the paint. The Roof Rat Bracket is made in the United States.
