ROOF REPORT

K&M Sheet Metal fabricated the standing-seam panels and custom built-in gutters. “There is approximately 130 feet of built-in gutter lining the west wall,” explains Mike Tenoever, president of The Century Slate Co. “The gutter was lined with 26-gauge type 304 stainless steel with lap-seamed and hand-soldered joints. “The team also refurbished and resealed all the existing skylights. The project required a “crazy” scaffold setup, Tenoever notes.
