NRCA Encourages Members to Submit Charitable Projects for CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award

For the eighth year, the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and CNA have co-sponsored the 2020 CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award. NRCA roofing contractor members are urged to submit any charitable project, activity or donation completed between January 1, 2019, and December 1, 2019, for consideration in the awards program, which shines a light on the roofing industry’s charitable works. The deadline for submissions is December 1.

Winning charities will receive:

• 1st Place—$7,500
• 2nd Place—$5,000
• 3rd Place—$2,500
• People’s Choice Award—$1,500

Any charitable project undertaken by an NRCA contractor member is eligible to receive the award. Projects, activities or donations do not have to involve roofing work.

NRCA awarded the 2019 CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award to Showalter Roofing Service Inc., Naperville, Illinois, at the International Roofing Expo in February for its charitable work in 2018.
