Convoy Supply Opens New Distribution Facility in Vancouver, Washington

Convoy Supply, a supplier of construction materials in Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest, announced the opening of a new facility in Vancouver, Washington. The soft opening of the branch is scheduled for early October, with an official opening celebration and ribbon cutting planned for October 24.

The 14,000-square-foot building on 2.5 acres was designed by architect Mildren Design Group and built by general contractor Robert Evans Company. Century Pacific LLP provided construction management services. The building was designed as a full-service distribution center, stocking products specified for use in roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and wall cladding, manufactured by North America’s finest companies within the construction industry.

“It’s always exciting to design and build a greenfield location,” stated Alma Garnett, President of Convoy Supply. “Convoy has terrific customers and supply partners throughout the Northwest and we are pleased to expand our service reach and improve our efficiencies along the I-5 corridor. We are grateful for the support of our business in this region.”

“This new location is critical to fulfilling Convoy’s mission to serve our customers efficiently and effectively in Southwest Washington and Portland Metro,” added Rick Solecki, General Manager, Convoy USA. “This will be a satellite to our Yeon Avenue branch in Portland, maintaining all of the benefits of our larger location, but adding ease of accessibility for customers and jobs north of the Columbia River.”
